Prior to establishing the firm in 1990, Jerry enjoyed a successful 20+ years career in life and health insurance admin and claims operations management with several excellent organizations.  He had the opportunity to contribute in management and officer positions with CNA, Central Reserve, Colonial Penn, and Union Mutual (now UnumProvident).  Jerry's last insurance ops position was as Corroon & Black's (now Willis) SVP of Operations at its TPA subsidiary in Nashville.

His insurance career provided him the good fortune to live and work in many areas of the country, including Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and finally Nashville, which he and his wife, Kathie, have called home since 1986.  He fully appreciates the family and financial issues surrounding geographic relocation which is often associated with the pursuit of career opportunity. 

The sum of Jerry's experiences, both as a hiring authority in an insurance operations environment, as well as an often-times pursued target-candidate himself, serves to enhance his efforts and success at locating, qualifying, and recruiting the external talent that a client is seeking.   And now, after 17 years of recruiting, he's starting to get pretty good at it.
